The problem
Every appointment came through Instagram messages: no published availability, no way for a customer to see which times had gone, and a real risk of promising the same hour to two people.
What we built
A three-step booking flow with live availability, so only genuinely free times are offered and a slot can never be booked twice — plus an owner dashboard to accept, reschedule or complete appointments in one tap.
